Permanent Education was established by Paula Moses to help busy school leaders deliver quality education for their pupils and teachers.

Paula is passionate about helping schools create a quality curriculum and experience for pupils. Paula is a Sapere accredited teacher trainer in Philosophy for Children; an accredited trainer for Dialogueworks in the ground-breaking mega-cognition programme Thinking Moves and an experienced Outdoor Learning practitioner: Gardening, Nature, Permaculture.

Paula is a skilled facilitator so can deliver or prepare a wide range of training and insets for your whole team or small groups.

  • Adventurous, outdoor educational visits – visit woodlands in Tameside with your class for a wonderful day outdoors: walking, team building and dinner round the campfire. Hosted by The Lymefield Outdoor Learning Centre.

Paula Moses, Founder, is an experienced and outstanding Primary School Teacher and former Senior Leader, Safeguarding Lead and Acting Principal with a good track record of working with a wide range of schools in areas of high deprivation. Paula has led two schools to double their KS2 SATs results (within the year) through forensic gaps analysis and a detailed understanding of the demands of the role.
